We are being followed by miracles after having worked. May future represent us to the next stage. Thro faith God has accepted my children as a sacrifice. This is after i have taught them what God has revealed to me. Forward ever backward never. Our God is always making something new today. Forward ever backward never. Thro faith my children will take us where we are going. It is not yet revealed what is about to happen. We are living one day at a time and a time. In those tough days behind yesterday my daughter has been reaching where we can't reach as faithful/ my son's going out and coming back has been in God's hand. The day is still long. Before dawn expect many more wonders. Mine is to react on what I will see and hear. Between the lines expect many more wonders.

May God light the dark secret and being in charge of God's secret truth I will exercise my power and represent the faithful to the next stage the next stage. Charity begins at home. Fr, u r absolutely right when you say that children will not be angry for disciplining them and showing them how to give God first place. My parents did that and I am so grateful. Now, I have been able to pass that on to my son and he gifted by God's grace. Though he has his struggles, he holds on to Jesus and Mama Mary. Our God is a great God!❤

I have really enjoyed this homily. Thank Fr. Joseph. As a parent I struggled so much when my children were young to the point of not going to mass every Sunday. I wish I had listened to this back then. I am grateful though; things have become easier for me as the children have grown. They serve during mass and are all choristers. Dear Father Joseph, first of all I want to thank God for giving to us a good holy priest like yourself... and now I want to thank you for this amazing sermon! Every word that you just spoke is 100% true and I sincerely hope that all young parents will listen to what you have to say because I myself waited till my children were older because I was not going to church when they were younger, so I waited till they were teenagers to teach them and to raise them in the faith and now that they're adults, I am crying and praying every night because they are not practicing their faith and I am full of guilt! But their father abandoned them when they were babies and I had to raise them myself and because of this I stopped going to church but I never stopped believing and I prayed..... but that was not enough, you must take your children to church! I never spoiled my children so they worked hard and got college degrees and have good jobs but what does that really matter if they don't practice their faith even though they do believe.... I am still broken hearted and I have shed as many tears as is in the ocean for my three children!! But I will not give up on them and I will always tell them when they're doing wrong and I have always done that even when they were teenagers but all of that is not enough.... parents must from the time they are very little take them to church and pray with them and I sincerely wish and pray that your message goes out to many many young parents! Praise the Lord and thank you Jesus!

Remember that many Saints had a crooked past (eg Moses the Black) and sinners have a future. Many are in your shoes for one reason or another and every situation is unique. God's Love is His Mercy which is from Everlasting to Everlasting and greater than life itself. Thank God He sent Jesus to deliver us from all evil and all sin. He alone reads into the deepest crevasses of the soul from beginning to the end and knows the soul better than the soul knows itself. God alone is Judge on ALL matters. Eli was a high priest and much was expected. He, who should of known much better, failed to reprove and discipline his wayward children and God wasn't happy about that! But God IS Good. He promises that he will restore the wheat the locusts have consumed over the years. There is Godly hope for everyone in every seemingly hopeless situation. In our humanity we can only do so much then trust in God to take over. As long as you stay close to Lord He holds you AND your children close to His Heart. Offer the situation at the foot of the Cross and be kind and forgiving to yourself. Keep praying for your children as I do and in His way and timing God will begin to restore the wheat the locusts consumed over the years. Praise God. God bless
