His point on how the defense can object more with less fallout than the plaintiff is very accurate. Having tried cases on both sides, the jury - whether they admit or not - often views PI cases with suspicion. On the flip side, the defense is often seen as the savior of what could possibly be a frivolous case. Those implicit biases shape how a jury sees differences in the same action done by different sides.

@@LawVenture After hearing the Nick Rowley interview I listened to more of his content online and he said Gerry Spence was the one who inspired him to be a trial lawyer, then I listened to Gerry Spence and was greatly impacted for the better, he's 94 now but if he still does interviews it would be worth a million for your channel

@@LawVenture Hello Jarrett, just a small suggestion when you have these legendary guests on, it would benefit you and all of the viewers if when the guest teaches something that you don't give an example of how you are already doing it, it just takes away from the guest and also keeps you from learning because you are taking the position that you already know and comes across like a know it all, you are doing a great job but just a suggestion to make it better!
