Actually if you you have to be in a room 1 - 13 if your last 13 then you can't get it and btw there HAS to be a clock in one of the rooms

Its also in floor 1, just stay in a room instead of the lobby one and there has to be a round clock! Wait 7 minutes , without afking and keep moving, then lights will break causing screech to spawn, but keep moving in the same room, then when dread spawns you get the achievement
