Yup. Used to be romantically interested in a girl that was super freaking cute. We got separated and 2 years later she started claiming she is now “non binary”, changed her name, got piercings and cut her hair super short. I was devastated that she bought into this notion that there is some “third gender” when it reality it is just a coping mechanism to deal with trauma/bad experiences being a boy or girl. She didn’t seem all too happy before but seemed even worse after. So clearly it didn’t help. In the end, I’m sad she is ruining her own life for no reason but I’m glad I have my shit straight and gave her plenty of advice she will eventually learn was valuable.

Feminism teaches that anything man can do woman can too. We want men to embrace their feelings and not be afraid of having a softer side. Then we slap labels on kids after teaching them these activities are genderless, depending on what they prefer and based on their gender. It's ridiculous and hypocritical. Call them fascists. How dare they tell you what and how you should identify as? Or just start intentionally misgendering them until they get triggered enough to ask why you'd do something so horrible. Then explain. I'm so glad I'm not growing up around these kids, I can only imagine how they try to twist enjoying 'boys' activities into a desire to be a boy. I never once doubted my gender or femininity...I just didn't embrace it because as a child make-up and dress-up weren't as fun to me as riding bikes or dirt-clod wars.

Pronouns only come into play when referring to someone in the third person; in other words, when talking ABOUT someone, not when talking TO them. So, if you and I are in a conversation, there is no reason either of us would need to use pronouns for each other in the first place. Her reason, well, she is doing her. However, what she is doing to herself, plus her demanding mindset is mental and thats where i have concern. Her earrings and brows project a political ideology. It's her, it's OK. Not My cup of tea. But I doubt that it's a fun thing. It's just mental and I am sad for her and all who she influences.

I've seen someone under another YT video saying they are a non-binary male and someone asked "hey I don't want to be rude but can you please explain why you identify as nb and male. On one hand your genderfluid and on the other hand you identify as male. How can you be both, I'm confused and want to understand people like you better"(honestly I was thinking the same thing). The reply was a super aggressive "do not question my gender I'm the only on who should understand it, respect it and use my pronouns." Like no offence but if you are out of society's norms of course people are gonna question things, I understand if it gets annoying/frustrating at times to always explain yourself (I'm kinda tired of people always needing a whole list of what I like about both men and women and if I had s..x with both genders because I'm bi) but that reply could have been more polite since the first person was (in my opinion) not rude.

I call shenanigans on yellow-shirt. As a person with an actual genetic disorder that makes me appear androgenous, I've been "misgendered" at least a couple times a week since I became a teen. Never once has anyone wanted to argue the point with me. I never try to make anyone feel awkward, just throw out a quiet, upbeat correction to my actual biological sex and when they apologise (which they almost always do), I reassure them that's it's no problem at all, and that it happens all time. I never let anyone feel embarassed or concerned that I'm offended. Naturally, I'm also NOT in bubblegum-pink or neon-green hair with a septum peircing and a rainbow shirt. So if there is ever pushback on these TQ+ narcissicists, it's probably due to affect and attitude, not appearance.

Bring back the word androgyny. I have been a androgynous since I was very young. I am still a woman. Just like Grace Jones, Annie Lenox and, David Bowie were androgynous. We are allowed to express how we feel. Decorate yourself how you choose but you still are what you are. Trying to force others to play along is wild and very manipulative. I have been called all kinds of names, spit at, chased, etc. Been mistaken for a gay boy, and a trans female, but who cares! None of that is important. From the queer wiki: trixic, also known as orbisian is a diamoric (attractions that cannot be described as gay or straight - which, of course they can't be if you are nonbinary) orientation that is exclusively or not (!?) towards females (real women?). It is also under the acronym NBLW, nonbinary loving women. Any nonbinary of any alignment can use this term. If exclusive, the term feminamoric is used. If a NB is attracted to males (again, real men?) it is called toric. I hope that clears everything up (🤣). If these terms exist, why are they encroaching on what the term "lesbian" means? Don't try to understand anything about "them" because you can't anyways - you just have to believe that all this BS is real!

I respect this individual a lot more than most because this person legitimately doesn't give a crap if they're misgendered. They do prefer they/them pronouns, but has decided that it's a bit too far out there for most people, and that it is just not a hill worth dying on, and that there are much bigger problems in their life.
