Although some of his decisions sometimes are questionable, it’s also undeniable that he is one of the few that actually rp’s things like these. I can bet none of the W chasers in shift 3 would do this by talking. They either insta cuff him on sight or just start shooting, no rp at all.

To be fair, X has a tendency to go one way with RP and no hold strong to it. If they start asking for one or to search him he would likely get very defensive and or aggressive, to the point where it's now "reasonable suspicion" that or he'd run and get disobeying a lawful order and joyriding then they'd find the drugs and get distribution. Dundee on the other had keeps it calm and RP oriented and gives no reason for those cops to start raising guns and trying to force things on them. Just from what I've seen though. It's just like IRL, a cop will be more likely to make it just a normal conversation when the person is only giving that idea, if they are getting defensive or aggressive they will respond to that.
