I'm not sure you can. There are many waterfalls okay to swim in, but these ones aren't quite suitable for swimming. There are parts of the rivers that are good for swimming, though near these.

Yeah my voice was starting to change a bit while I was up there. I was staying at the height so altitude sickness was not an issue thankfully.
