Omg as a Singaporean I’m so embarrassed that u had to stay in a hotel with such a standard. My goodness. This was a total ripoff ….I’m so sorry that ur stay was so unpleasant !

Singapore is the most expensive city in Asia and not a third world country. Therefore, when there's a hotel which charges only SGD$80 per night a room for two, what do you expect? I would expect a capsule hotel which I'll have only a bed and have to share bathroom with others. I went online to check and found that capsule hotels in Singapore cost around SGD$100.

What do i expect when i book a hotel?? I expect honest pictures, a room that has been cleaned and to not be afraid to close my eyes at night. For overseas visitors to be treated like that when they arrive in a country is unacceptable.. This hotel should be closed down..

Not too sure.. Not really a lot of people smoke in Hotels in Singapore.

this video was done more than 2years, just for your FYI all hotels are non smoking in Singapore, rather anything in particular indoors. are prohibited. If there is smoking, likely an open space even in a hotel environment

I went on the website and the prices are not even that much less than clean, functioning budget hotels. The comments on here defending the hotel are surely a piss take. Just read you didn't get refunded either - after proof of mould and everything dismantling itself. Makes you wonder which poor souls are giving them the 3/5 reviews. Glad you had a better stay at the Strand. Give V Lavender a crack next time you're in Singas mate. 👍🏽

First of all, thank you for your review, Hotel Supreme is a very old hotel, the only bonus is the location that's all, but from what you paid, honestly like most have commented, the rates are extremely cheap. With this price, you could have checked in elsewhere. Given the advance technology these days where people like you would do travel review, gives viewers and potential travelers like us a first hand look what is inside. This is not acceptable. Its horrible and you should not be subject to such conditions, did you escalate this to the GM of the hotel? Did you take any pictures? I would if I am you to make your feedback more substantial.

@@anetaandollie I am sorry you had to go through with this crap. Honestly, the more I would write to the.upper management or even the owner. Maybe its so bad, the lower management didnt want to deal with it. Its a ticking time bomb. If like you said...if there is any mold infestation, you can raise it up to Ministry of Health. Its a health hazard.

This is one of the most budget hotel in Orchard Road area. Holiday Inn next door might be a better choice.

I have to respectfully disagree with this review of this particular hotel. I found this hotel to be surprisingly close to Orchard Road, one of the most prime locations in the city, and it was incredibly affordable. It's important to manage our expectations and understand that a budget-friendly Orchard hotel may not offer all the amenities of a 4-star establishment. Remember, this hotel even more affordable compare to a 'red light' getto's hotel in Geylang.

mm nah not really. aside from the strategic location, i dont see any redeeming features that you can boast about in this hotel. Elevator doors dont close properly, petty staffs that glared at me when I was about to have breakfast, dead cockroaches under my bed, molds everywhere, and ancient TVs that haven't changed since I stayed there 6 years ago. Budget is budget, but that doesn't mean you can just give anything to your customers just because it's "budget".
