Trading Tips: if an item says sold in “this month” then it’s definitely coming back if it says Not For Sale then it’s not coming back. if it has N/A on the diamond count it’s either not coming back, was achieved in a quest or chest, and you won’t be able to receive it again unless it comes back in a chest or through trading.

It doesn't always have to come from a chest or not be coming back, but basically it just means it didn't cost diamonds. Such as presents from Santa and halos
