Yes, I am. It's not easy to get them here in Cyprus, so for now I'm just using my old M6 screws on the smaller holes of the plate. If you know were I can find them I'd be grateful.

Interesting. I am on failure with 60+ sessions on water (despite decent level on kitefoil and wingfoil), I don't know what to do so I'll try your methodology.

Hi mate, I know how you feel. Try also to film yourself and compare your technique with mine's or with someone else's. By spotting the differences you will be able to understand what you are missing out on. Come back if you need any help. Keep going. Stay in the fight.
