Shiny cetoddle was never boosted. I managed to get the hundo from research which was a great thing as its my fave Pokémon. But the shiny is nowhere to be seen.

I managed to solo with 2 Level 20 Lapras and 1 Level 40 Rillaboom, needed to keep changing the moveset. For example water pulse on Charizard is not ideal, so maybe wait till you get night slash/triple axel (everytime you enter the move changes)

I got lucky and got Shiny Cetoddle off the Incense on the first one that I clicked! ✨️❄️🐳 Tbh they should've waited and done the Black and White spawns in January or even a week BEFORE Unova Tour but NOT during a Christmas Event like this! The Halloween, and Holidays events are usually the best last events of the year and they messed it up! Putting Dedenne, and Psyduck ONLY in raids?! Boo! I didn't get a Shiny Costume Psyduck, Wooloo, or Dedenne unfortunately! But Also I evolved the Shiny Cetoddle and Shiny Cetitan is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! it might be up there as one of the BEST black shinies next to Greninja, Charizard, Decidueye and EVEN Rayquaza! ✨️🐋❄️ Also is it just me or was Wooloo uncommon on some days of the event? Like sometimes you'd see alot of them and sometimes you'd hardly see any! 👎 At least The New Years event will be slightly better with Shiny boosted WILD SPAWNS! ✨️🎊🎉🎆🥂

The max system is actually relatively cool (I don't mind "reinvesting" into new mons, honestly) the problem is the COST of the reinvestment. If the max moves didn't cost 5k particles, 400 candy and 120 XL, it would be fine. Even just halving that, 2.5k particles, 200 candy, and 60 xl would be far more manageable.
