Healer puppet and vampstache are at the same situation. They seem to synergise better with armies where the king queen is used for funneling outside the base, but just like giant gauntlet the frozen arrow too would be broken and will take the place of healer puppet even in such attacks.

I love me some lifesteal type attacks in other games so the vampstache is my instant favorite for the king + the gauntlet's dmg reduction is just cherry on top

I love that you know why you’re deciding on the Vampstache and the Giant Gauntlet. The difference between the king’s equipment honestly isn’t that great so I would upgrade whatever feels like gives you the most success with your attacking style.

I messed up by upgrading the earthquake boots to level 5 before realizing they weren't very useful to me. I don't use them anymore and I still think about that whenever I want to upgrade anything else.

You didn’t waste that much ore on just 5 levels so I wouldn’t worry about it. AND we will eventually get around to maxing out ALL of the pieces of equipment eventually so you were just “pre-paying” 😉

Vampstache is amazing for attacks where the BK goes around the base. I personally maxed my rage vial and with the giant gauntlet, pressing the ability is like setting off a stick of dynamite lol. The speed that the BK travels with the rage vial and the huge damage increase, allows him to destroy many more buildings, when you are under the gauntlet effect. I also would just max the AQ Invis vial and not waste gems on anything else. Once her epic is here, you won't be using the other equipment, just epic and invis.

Great feedback! I really enjoy doing naked queen walks with the king and a few ice golems as tanks then popping her ability and getting 3 healers but that’s just me. The frozen arrow could easily be much better than the healer puppet so I guess we’ll have to wait and see! 🙂

I focused on vampstache+Iron guantlet, BK is slow but survives to the end most times. I only upgraded AQ's inv. vial in expectation that the next epic equipment would be for the queen. Iron guantlet at lvl 18 is at 75% max. it gets really expensive to gain that other 25% so that might something to keep in mind.

Honestly the King’s equipment is the hardest to determine which is better as all the stats are very similar other than the Rage Gem which is definitely the best. Barb Puppet, Giant Gauntlet, and Vampstache are all extremely similar stats-wise and will be better in certain situations.

I have both healer puppet and archer puppet on the same level, but i feel archer puppet is better for queen walks as the dps bonus is quite substantial. I believe its like adding over 20 levels worth of dps to the queen

You are correct! The question is dps vs longer health. Which is worth more to you. I prefer longer health because I’m typically not hitting my queen ability until she’s either already gotten everything I want her to get down or am close to it. To me extra dps doesn’t mean as much if my queen dies 5 seconds later. But totally up to your play style. I don’t think there’s one wrong choice between them based on how you do your attacks.

Honestly I would love to see some Giant Arrow/Frozen arrow combos but it’s gonna be hard to replace the invis vial so will likely end up being invis/frozen combo after it’s introduced.

If anyone outshines everything, it will be first in line to be nerfed -Supercell Regarding upgrades, I speedily upgraded Rage, Invisibility Vials and Eternal Tomes together as these are THE MOST IMPORTANT gears in the Heroes' arsenal. Later, I catch up with the second gear of each hero. Note: Regarding King, most people seem to ignore the fact that even if he is a ground, melee unit, he has crazy amount of hitpoints and his DPS is 2/3 of Archer Queen, which is not at all less. Having King alive at the end does speed up the cleaning of bases along with the fact that he too deals pretty high damage. So effectively with Vampstache, you get a "unit" staying alive l, which deals nearly 2/3 damage of Queen and is too stubborn to die as health gained is a passive ability (a good way of keeping the gear relevant)

in my opinion you should make you're own order of upgrades first upgrade the equepment you use and after the equepment you dont for exsemple my order is 1.enternal tome 2.invisibility vial 3.giant goutlat 4.the rc sheild 5.rage vial 6.healing tome 7.giant arrow 8.the rc gem 9.vempstach 10.life gem (gw im not sure what the name is) 11.healer puppets 12.rage gem 13.barbarian puppets 14.earthqeake boots (only when i have nothing to upgrade) 15.archer puppets (not really consider upgrading it since its so bad)

Have a video coming out this weekend on it but basically it’s what I’ll eventually be pairing with the queen. I’d level up what I already have though rather than focus completely on it as it’s not that game changing. It’s better than the archer puppet for example but not until it gets to higher levels.

@ClashTipsPod that's understandable and my vail is maxed for my queen and king Vail is 14 but both my gauntlet and frozen arrow is at 14 so trying to see what to max out first between the gauntlet or frozen arrow I'm like both are 14 buttttt witch one

I have a podcast episode coming out soon where BDLegend answers this exact question and he says he thinks in comparison it’s better to max the gauntlet over the frozen arrow not because the frozen arrow isn’t good but because the giant gauntlet is so much better in certain situations.

I understand this argument but also having 3 healers pop out when the ability is hit is extremely useful and will be used a lot for sui heroes/naked queen walks with a few giants or ice golems thrown down in front of her so I still think it’s valuable to at least get the healer puppet to L15. But yes the frozen arrow will likely be amazing as well in a different way. We’ll have to wait and see 🙂

If the frozen arrow is bad, then you can maybe upgrade the healers. However at the moment they are almost never used in the pro scene

Honestly the Vampstache and the Barbarian puppet are right there number and statistic wise with the Giant Gauntlet. The bug is what tips it in the gauntlets favor. I guess we’ll have to see over time if one of them outperform the others.

@@dosebuss watch my “Why you don’t need the Giant Gauntlet video.” Testing and statistics both show all the pieces of BK equipment are pretty equal and are just situation dependent. Just because Itzu uses it doesn’t mean it’s the best for everyone. For his types of attacks yes it’s probably good. For others which I show in this exact video it’s definitely not the best.

@@micker9830 I have 12 accounts so I have a lot of experience using the different pieces of equipment at different levels from TH8-TH16. Ultimately with the BK equipment which piece of equipment you use is based on what attack you like the most so go with what’s most effective for you as they’re not that much different in stats.

Yeah I use it for my Root Rider hits in Legends. Most Clashers are THs 11-14 which was why I recommended the rage gem over the healing tome since dragons and Super Witches are more popular at those th levels. Also why I said overall whichever one you choose you can’t go wrong because it’s more dependent on what army you use rather than which one is better than the other. Very army dependent.

Sorry but I think this video is completely wrong. You kind of hit on it whenever you were talking about using the warden that it does all based off of your attack strategy with what ability he uses, but I think it's that way with basically all of the abilities. If you do a charge style of attack with the Barbarian King and the puppets inside of the Warden invincibility and earthquake boots you will see that bases get annihilated in seconds even more so than using the giant gauntlet.

You’re completely correct! Which piece of equipment you use including the king is very much attack dependent. I tried to hit on that when talking about the king and how in general the Vampstache is better for th11-14 attacks just based on the general types of attacks use at those th levels. Same with the Gauntlet. Right now smash attacks are all the rage so “in general” the gauntlet and rage vial are best for the king th14-16. But you are 100% correct in that what equipment you upgrade has a lot to do with what armies you use in all the heroes. This was meant as more of a generic guideline as to what to update. I will be going into more detail and talking about exactly this in a future video.
