I did some research so you don't have to! This was a meme started form the video "My Ghoul Jackson". It is/was an animatronic. He appears to his victims and says "Hee Hee" then kills them. It is also a game called "Escape the Ayuwoki" where he kidnaps you, and you have to escape. If you make to much noise, he runs at you with all four legs and sharp teeth ro eat you. He is depicted as an elderly who eats children to stay young. If you want more, do ur own research. That's just a summary.
