Imagine yourself dying and then reaching a place in the astral plane equivalent to your deeds in this life. That makes me notice that everything is fine now, and everything will be fine after death, no one needs to worry about me. In the same way, each person has their destination after they die, it's like traveling. They'll be fine wherever they are - if they're not, it's because of their own actions -, so why to worry about it, when we ourselves don't want others to be worried and sad about our deaths?
