I am sharing my experience. Mujhe 1 saal ho gaya hai meditation karte hue aur bhaiyo sach me mein iski guarantee leta hu ki yeh aapko sach mein badal kar rakh deta. Mujme 1 saal me itki power aa gayi hai ki koi soch bhi nahi sakta. Pahle ek mahine tak aap ko farak nahi lagega par baad mein aap sach mein ek dum change ho jaoge.everyone should do it.. aur kuch log sochenge ki mein yeh like ke liye bata raha hu. Lekin mein aapki guarantee le raha hu ek mahina karke dekhiye🙂🙂

@@vaidhegimudaliar8722 pahle 1 mahine tak jitna ho sake utna karo 10 mint ho to 10 minute hi ya 5 minute bhi karlo but us samay anni breath par focus karna. Bro pahle pahle to mujhe 5 minute bhi bahut lagti thi. But abhi mein 45 minutes karta hu aur mujhe pata hi nahi chalta hai kab time ho gaya. Bus karte rahna. Bich mein rukna mat 👍🏻👍🏻

@@vaidhegimudaliar8722 aur isme time se matlab nahi hai isme hume yeh dekhna rahata hai ki hum jitna apne mind ko shant rakh sake utna rakhne ka try kare. Or ha practice makes man perfect 👍🏻
