This is something that i knew for 20 years but never understood until recently. I always want to "take a side" and stand up for righteousness. There is nothing wrong with it except it polarizes you and consequently you get further attached to your ego. A lot of spiritual sages have said nothing bad will happen to you after you stop judging things as good or bad. Instead, everything works in your favor, for your own power and freedom.

By detachment Ipresume you mean detachment fro ego conditioning and past programming...in favour of operating feom the purity and power of Unconditioned Awareness? In this case, we simply operate from the 'I' to sublimate any incoherence stemming from past Subconscious programming. Over time this 'I' awareness will Subconsciously overwrite past programming becoming the default state of awareness from which everything conforms like magic ❤

Notes for myself: How to practically depolarize: If at the moment you are about to be polarized, you can catch it subtly before the belief activation with intuition. At that moment, drop all identification to realize that the "I" is already blissfully depolarized and abide like that 'til you're clear from that identification, then you know what to do or not to do ideally. You can also drop identification by asking the question, to whom are these emotions, sensations or thoughts arise to? This brings you to the "I" which is not the body or personal identity and abide in that feeling for a bit. I'm always so grateful when you describe practical ways in which to apply these valuable knowledge as I always struggle with the "how" of things. So, thank you, Joseph! ❤

Do you recommend hypnosis to reprogram the subconscious mind faster? I had a "mind attack" today and it was brutal. The emotion was a intense wave and I knew it was trigger by a subconscious belief, but I couldn't help it. I fell under the illusion and slipped into a state of sadness. I'm slowly slipping back to my "I am" state, I no longer wish to be a slave to my mind. Yet when those storms arises, it hurts so badly, I struggle to stay in awareness. Can hypnosis help me reprogram my mind faster? I've been on this journey for years and I'm ready to shed more subconscious beliefs, I'm tired of waiting for them to arise to the surface at random moments and bringing me to my knees in agony. I want to heal the source of them head on.
