I'm sorry to be that person, but the whole star naming thing is a scam... There is no official registry for star naming, and there are many companies who you can go through to name stars. They all have different names for the same stars, and none of them are officially recognized anywhere. Paying a company to have your name for that star in their database is about the same thing as just saying 'That star is named ____' in which ____ is an arbituary name you just came up with.

Corrections: Money spent on pets correlates with death via falling down stairs because people in multi story structures are either rich & have disposable income (big mansions etc.), or live in apartment complexes & are lonely cat-horders who dote on their pets. Per capita consumption of beef correlating with lighting strike deaths is obviously the result of Hindu deities being pissed off. (The cow is a sacred animal in the Hindu religion). Potato chips are synonymous with lethargy, & even though bowling isn't the most physically taxing activities, anything that gets people out of the house decreases the demand for potato chips, thus, prices go up because profits are lower. Texas is a very conservative, very family-centric, & very religious state. With the push for Christian ideals like no sex before marriage people get married younger & can't effectively pick appropriately compatible spouses, thus leading to instances of nagging wives pressured by their nagging mothers to push their margarine-filled recipes upon their poor husbands who just want some damn pizza. /flawless logic

Claudia Gervasini Actually I'm an Atheist, I'm living in a trailer park in Southern California with no pets, & my favorite food is probably pizza. I have an isolated existence where I try to avoid eye-contact with my own family members most of the time so my intellect is never questioned in social settings. 5:40 The beef and lightning one probably is related. People eat more beef when it is cheaper. Beef is cheaper when the supply is high. Beef production is dependent on what they feed on (grass, grains, ect.) Plant production is dependent on rainfall. Lightning happens most often when it rains. Sooooo when more people die by lightning, more people will consume beef that year.
