Hello all
Driving in expressway or highway can be adventure or sometimes danger. So if you are new driver don't directly start driving on highway. Here are few tips on driving safe on highway. How you can control clutch, brake and accelerator to drive smart on road. The road traffic sign and safety sign when you are driving on road or highway drive. You must be calm and must have good sleep before you go for long drive on highway. On highway while driving we should be safe driver and we must drive safe.
With indicator, dipper we must follow road safety sign and never disobey road traffic sign.
Driving in highway is relaxing and gives you an expert driving experience, but we should also take care about safety of ourself and others on road safety.

On long drives to avoid knee pain the leg on the accelerator should be 90 degree and not cross. Driving posture is very important.

Ja sakte hai, lekin apko apni speed bhi ekdam slow karni hogi. Complete left me ya to stop karne ke liye ya fir bilkul slow moving vehicle ke liye hota hai. Dhyan rahe ki jab bhi lane change kare apne rear view mirror me dekh ke kare. Space ho tabhi indicator dene ke 3 se 5 second baad hi lane change karna shuru kare.

Last week I have visited New Town Pathuria Ghata...Near 211 Bus Stand...I'm not so used to with all area but enjoyed the route. Actually I'm from Kolkata but still this area I did not visit. Can you please suggest for few long drive routes like high way or express way where I can drive smoothly ...and not more than 20/30 KM far from kolkata...

Try belghoria expressway, you will love it. Please note at the end of the expressway don't go for NH2, if you don't want to go beyond kolkata. That expressway leads to NH2 also, you may also plan some really long drive like 2 or 3 rs drive to nearby places and dhabas. *Be conscious about speed limit there are cameras all over*

In highway, national limit of 80kmph. Within state or expressway there is limit of 50kmph. That's because of some intersection and merging traffic.

Sir suppose agar highway par apni car speed mey ho aur suddenly agey ki car ne thodasa brake lagaya aur phir se speed mey chalaya toh piche se hamari gaadi ko kaise control mey rakhe ? For eg. Lonavla Ghat area mey mostly aise experience kiya hai.

Slight sa brake apply karne se aapki car bhi slow down ho jaegi, uske baad ek gear down karke aap fir se follow kar sakte hai. Agar aage wali car ki speed ekdam down ho gayi ho to aap bhi brake use karke slow kar ke 2nd gear me le sakte hai,

Aap 1st gear me rpm ho sakta hai jyada press kar rahe ho, accelerator thoda kam press Karo, agar rpm 1st gear me 2000 se jyada hoga tab apko ye jerk feel hoga. Next time aap try karna accelerator thoda sa press karke Jab speed 10kmph ho jae tab 2nd gear laga lena. Try kariye fir reply kariye,jerk kam hua iss solution se.

नमस्कार सर जी। जब भी आप आपके आगे जाने वाली कार की लेफ्ट साइड से ओवरटेक करते हैं (जो कि एक तरह से तो वो ग़लत ही है) तब ओवरटेक करते समय होर्न बजाकर उसे एलर्ट कर देना चाहिए था। ताकि वो अपनी कार को कंट्रोल कर सकें। मेरी बात का बूरा लगा हो तो मुझे माफ़ कर दिजिए, लेकिन सर जी, मुझे जो सही लगा वह मैंने कहा है। धन्यवाद सर जी।

Thank you for noticing. 1.Expressway/highway main jyadatar dipper us karte hai kyuki bohot baar horn duri ki wajah se ya fir music ki wajah ya fir engine noise ki wajah se neglect ho jaata hai. 2. jab koi car right lane me slow chalate hai wo bhi ek traffic violation hai, aur highway me lane change jaldi se koi nai karta without indication isliye overtake le sakte hai, for safe side horn use kar sakte hai but jaisa maine kaha kuch wajah se neglect ho sakta hai, truck n heavy loaded vehicle ke piche bohot driver drive karte hai ye soch ke ki unhe right se overtake Lena hoga. Lekin highway main trucks apni speed me right lane me chalate hai aur jab aap dipper se overtake ki demand karenge tab wo left indicator se apko inform karenge ki aap overtake left se lijiye. 3. Agar apke piche se koi car speed me aati hai to wo apne aapko overtake lene ke liye right/left lane switch karke overtake le lega jaisa maine kiya hai.

Aap pehle open space me chalaiye aur waha pe apne assumption se control kariye car ko. Jaise kisi corner me rokna fir se start karna, kuch chiz ka andaaz laga ke rokna. Isse aapko confidence aaega aur fir thode din baad ka rush wali jagah me kisi expert ke saath chalaiye.

Hai sir. Am a beginner. When I want 2 change gear and leave accelerator to press clutch, then it automatically goes down to10 speed. I am worried about this sir. Can you help me?

That's common. Actually most of us has done this in initial stage of learning. when you are shifting gear from 1st to 2nd than this happen, on above gear this problem won't arise because on 1 gear only engine braking is more comparatively to higher gears. It will take some practise, as you will get correct synchronise with clutch press, release and gear shifting,than this problem won't bother you. Meanwhile you can press accelerator slightly more to obtain more speed before upshifting.

Kaunsi car hai ? 15 years ke baad fitness certificate RTO se issue karana hota hai aur road tax bhi lagta hai. Aap ye sab bhi dekh lijiye kyuki isme bhi karcha lagta hai. Aapki costing increase ho jaegi.

Ok. Petrol car is good with the KMs you have mentioned. You need to check body condition and driving as well, like rusting or dent paint required or how's clutch and pick up of the car is. May get it checked with someone expert on it with a test drive.
