with suppressors: Enemies cant hear you when shooting near but they get alerted if a bullet hits something near them (like a wall or structure) Without suppressors: “who the fuck is shooting is there an intruder or some dumbass shooting in the air”

Quick unrelated question since you're using the Dragunov, how do I account for bullet drop? Do you just have to rely on common sense or is there a criteria that you can use? (i'm using Hecate II)

They don't help anything, an animation change is all. They aren't more alert and the stealth system doesn't interact with anything, so having a suppressor doesn't matter unless you want your gun to look cool. Even worse is the stealth system that needs to be reworked to allow players to lose notoriety after moving a certain distance from last location. With this update, if you are spotted, every enemy knows where you are and you have to peek every corner or flick like your life depends on it to kill every enemy that pokes you from the infinite angles they can come from. In all, suppressors don't do anything worth while, they just look cool and make the AI have a brain fart.

It has some effect in few cases, some of the enemies will start moving to you, but most of them, yeah, they just change their standing animation and nothing else

Stealth build: supressed dmr/sniper + supressed pistol IDGAF build: any high powered AR: scar L or L85A2 OR you could use a shotgun + either a deagle or a secondary that you can put a big magazine into

Suppressors for guns like the m4a1 go ON TOP of certain muzzle attachments, so check if an extra attachment node appears after you add a muzzl attachment.

Go to an armoury near a spawn point. Go into medical tab in the armoury and add dressings and bandages to your inventory and backpack (add the same amount of dressings and bandages. also get vitamins if you want, but they cost money) and then when you are injured you can press tab, cycle to the medical part of the wheel (denoted by a *) then click dressing and then click bandage to heal yourself Edit: just for clarification, dressings heal very little and bandages heal some health. However if you use a dressing and then immediately use a bandage it will heal you even more. Thats why you should bring the same amount of dressing/bandage. Also buy vitamins if you plan to do a group raid- vitamins are best for reviving people rather than healing yourself though
