I'm the 52nd (highest was 31st before my extended break) Scizor on Global and you can for sure feel the buffs. I've been running muscle, weight, and weakness in jungle or top lane. It feels incredible. I also run X attack.

Its good in thought, but stopping the enemy is the whole point of bro's unite. If you can just full heal it, that is a huge nerf to him. From the united's perspective though, I wish!

I feel like Double Hit + Bullet punch had the best performance. That extra mobility lets you get close and also lets you catch enemies that try to escape unlike swords dance.
