Try your best to do, but you can't then pray qaza. And if possible change your work, if you can't change pray qaza. But don't miss your Salah without any specific reason or emergency, something like you're unable to pray on time, then pray qaza

If you're ever hopeless, just remember Allah is with you if you turn to him. He doesnt care if you only turn to him when you're in a difficulty, what matters is you turn towards HIM. And trust me Allah doesnt dissapoint! he helps you in UNIMAGINABLE ways and trust me he can make the impossible into possible and ive seen many examples including for myself so just entrust your matters to him IA all will be well

Aww May Allah make it soo easy for you to offer all your salat - as he says remind yourself Allah is greater than anything and everything. Force yourself there’s nothing to lose out on I promise. Always remember you may not be here to offer the next salat so take it seriously and know that your pleasing Him. All your sins from one salat to the next one jummah to the next and one Ramadan to the next are wiped out SubhanAllah so long as we avoid the major
