You can’t get long arms using settings literally just get a pvc pipe and tape it to your controllers

so you need a computer (Any computer you don't need a pc) download side quest on your computer and then connect your headset to your computer with the right cable's and go to the settings in side quest and then change your hertz there you can also install side quest vr in side quest so you can change your hertz with no wires while playing.
