OMG you just described everything that happened & is still happening in my life. All 3 piles. Even the social media post after ghosting me, when he said he “owed me a conversation” LOL. One day later he just nonchalantly informs me via message that he has cheated on me yesterday and that he's sorry. I thought what the heck, where does this come from, it didn't fit with everything he said and did to me, since he always told me how important I am to him and everything. Pile 3 resonated a lot, but I had to go back and listen to pile 2 again, WOW that was so spot on! I tried to help this person, but we couldn't fully communicate. I took on a lot of risk to myself, but when I saw the warning signs I had to get out fast. Pile 3 was more about how it ended, which was brutal, but could have been so much worse, and yes I knew the danger from the beginning.
