@@ursgetsfit I am officially 3 days down … the most challenging part so far is the water and the outside workout, but no complaints…. It has to be done.
@ursgetsfitАй бұрын
@ congrats on Day 3! By far the water was the hardest for me. I was over it after day 1. You got this, keep going to the end, it will change your life! 👊🏽

I began 75 Hard on December 2, 2024 and have restarted 3 times. I officially restarted on 12/31 (on Day 4). Procrastinating until the end of the day failed me, but I'm determined to finish on March 15. Thanks for the tips to start tasks early and drink water after midnight. Despite me starting over multiple times, I still have lost 10 lbs and love working out again. My favorite part of the challenge is reading again. I don't agree with Andy Frisella's political views, but his messages about hard work and perseverance is inspiring. Love your channel.

Thank you for the feedback and congrats on Day 4. I think it takes a few starts to fully understand you have to strategize, prioritize and be keen on time management to be successful. I don’t follow the creator either, only know of him because of the challenge. Beyond that 🤷🏽♀️ but I agree his approach to getting stuff done just simply works.

I’m in agreement with you on not following his political beliefs, but his beliefs and explanations about hard work really resonate.

I have never done 75 hard or 75 soft,but I would add a tip:If you're in the retail or the restaurant industries don't do any workout that requires this amount of daily discipline. Their hours and schedule is all over the place.
@ursgetsfit18 күн бұрын
It’s certainly a time management challenge and hard enough with a routine schedule!

Idk how I found you but im glad I did. I really think you are inspiring. I want to do 75 hard but this winter weather is not favorable. What time of year did you complete the challenge?
@ursgetsfitАй бұрын
I hear you because I don’t like cold weather either. I started on May 23rd and finished in September. My streak actually ended because I got caught at 11pm having to decide between walking my back deck in the cold or going to bed. I went to bed. 😂
@Jess41-2UАй бұрын
@ursgetsfit I probably would have opted for the bed as well lol. This may have to be a spring project for me.
@SandraE_27 күн бұрын
I was just sitting here thinking the same thing and wondering how I would get the outdoor workout in. These Chicago winters are disrespectful.
@ursgetsfit27 күн бұрын
@@SandraE_ I got caught in the rain several times, one was a thundering downpour, but I don’t know if I could have done it in freezing temps or snow.
@SandraE_27 күн бұрын
@@ursgetsfit I’m thinking I’ll start with 75 soft then do 75 hard when the temperatures are more moderate.

Question: Why did you go 116 days? Would you consider doing Live Hard?
@ursgetsfitАй бұрын
There are different phases of the challenge. I moved from the original program to phase one, which is another 30 days. Then I moved to the next phase and can’t remember how long it was supposed to be but my streak ended when I got caught at 11pm on a cold night still needing to get in the outdoor workout. I went to bed instead.😅 What is Live Hard?
@denise2618Ай бұрын
There’s also a 75 soft challenge.
@ursgetsfitАй бұрын
Yes! It’s usually a variation of the original. Lots of people follow that as well.

What books did you read? Any recommendations?
@ursgetsfitАй бұрын
75 Hard by Andy Frisella, Woman Thou Art Loosed by TD Jakes and You Owe You by Eric Thomas were my 3 favorite. I’m working on a video with a couple others I read. 😊
