My morning routine for the last 3 months. Wake up, a glass of room temperature water, exercise 10 minutes or a little more, contrast shower and good breakfast 🚿🍳

Hi Monika, you have changed the life of this 60yo grandmother. I have been following your morning workouts for 3 weeks now and I feel great. I wake up at 5am every morning, wash my face, brush my teeth, change into my active gear, get my water bottle and I'm ready to go. I usually start with the gentle exercises then progress to a more challenging workout. I do 3 of your 10min workouts every morning. There are so many to choose from, I can never get bored. You motivate me to keep moving. Thank you so much.

Выжить в Ядерной войне можно только одним способом не начинать Ядерную войну! Если произойдет Катастрофа, уже не будет дела до того, кто кого винил, Америка Россию, Россия НАТО и так далее... Если произойдет Катастрофа она коснется многих не только тех против кого применят Ядерное оружие но и тех кто его применил и тех кто шутил по этому поводу или вообще ничего не делал считая это не его делом ! Это касается всех нас всего живого на нашей планете! Мы все можем жить в мире как одна цивилизация! Нам не нужно делить мир, нам нужно делиться и помогать друг другу, все вместе мы можем решить все проблемы на планете за несколько лет , загрязнение окружающей среды, потепление, похолодания , мы можем выращивать и создавать здоровую пищу для всех и всем всего хватит, нет таких проблем на планете которые нельзя решить! Мы сегодня, можем стать великой цивилизацией если прекратим бессмысленно воевать друг с другом. У нас есть планета Земля и на ней есть всё что только нужно, Если мы все объединимся нам не придется больше ничего делить , ведь всем всего хватит, давайте станем мудрыми, мы можем решить все конфликты и проблемы, если перестанем делить и выяснять отношения, а объединимся, мы живём в 21 веке , век развития , так давайте будем мудрыми и мудро решим все наши проблемы которые мы создали сами на пустом месте, будем делиться и помогать друг другу! И если кто-то думает что есть какие-то проблемы которые нельзя решить за пару лет вместе то скажите и мы обсудим это и вы увидите что у нас нет никаких проблем которые мы вместе не сможем решить , наша планета Земля, полна благ, богатства и изобилия , давайте строить одну цивилизацию!

Thanks a lot! This morning I woke up completely broken, in a terrible state. I needed to cheer up, and I chose this workout instead of coffee. And added some weight to the arms. I feel definitely more alive than 10 minutes ago. Thank you very much again!

After dealing with a herniated/bulging discs and sciatica. I have learned just how important stretches are... The Cobra pose/stretch has been so helpful relieving pain... I will continue a variety of these stretches even after I'm fully recovered. So important that maintain flexibility and strength in weak areas.

Thank you very much for these uploaded videos! I am over 35 years old, but I feel stronger than I did at 20! Working out has made my life better! For me, starting is always the hardest part, but once I begin, I always realize how glad I am that I managed to motivate myself, even if it's just for a short video! I always feel so much better after I've finished. I also try to give people a bit of motivation (on my Channel) to take that first, hardest step because they definitely won't regret it. Many blessings! :)

Hi Monika. Thank you so much for all of your video. I have a HNP and almost all of your workout videos are safe for me. I can follow, like, 90% of your exercises since there are no jumping. Thanks for another great workout 💪. My morning routine begins a 6am with 45 minute workout which gets me up and ready to then get breakfast and coffee ready for my hubby and 2 boys, have my breakfast and then by 7:40am we all get ready for the school run. After the school run the housework begins.

I enjoyed the exercises, thought the music could be changed up for something a bit more chill for the morning. But I'm also not a fan of songs about relationships and breakups so maybe a sore spot 😅 still I'll be adding this to my regular rotation.
