On xbox it shows jc with 5 0 ap abilities plus the xfactors the only bucket that cost anything is the 4th the 3rd slot is also 0 ap same on both ltds

Somebody please help me understand why is that my tier 1 upgrades are not applied to Greg Jennings? I have all 5 players boosted to 97 overall but the stats are NOT being applied to the players. What is going on? I have them all in my lineup as well. Any help would be appreciated!
