Dr. Joe Dispenza is an international speaker, researcher, author, and educator who is passionate about the findings from the fields of neuroscience, epigenetics, and quantum physics to explore the science behind spontaneous remissions (when you suddenly recover from an illness, injury, etc). He uses that knowledge to help people heal themselves of illness, chronic conditions, and even terminal diseases so they can enjoy a more fulfilled and happy life as well as evolve their consciousness.
Dr. Joe is the New York Times bestselling author of You Are the Placebo: Making Your Mind Matter, which explores our ability to heal without drugs or surgery, but rather by thought alone. His most recent book, Becoming Supernatural, talks about how we can intentionally change our brain chemistry to initiate profoundly mystical, transcendental experiences and develop a more healthy body, mind, and spiritual life.
Dr. Joe didn’t always work in the field of neuroscience. He started out as a chiropractor, earning his doctor of chiropractic degree from Life University in Atlanta, GA. He had a successful chiropractic practice, but one day he had a dangerous accident. In 1986, while cycling in a triathlon, Dr. Joe was hit by a truck. He broke six vertebrae in his spine, and his doctors told him he would never walk again.
Dr. Joe asked four different surgeons what he should do, and all four of them prescribed a complicated surgery. The surgery would relieve some of his pain but nearly guarantee he would never walk again. But that wasn’t good enough. He refused to have the surgery and instead began to imagine himself totally healed. He visualized each vertebrae healing and reconstructed his spine in his mind. In just ten and a half weeks, Dr. Joe was back on his feet, and in twelve weeks, he was training again and back at work at his chiropractic clinic. He fully healed himself with just his mind.

My life is infinitely better since I made the commitment to the work of Dr. Joe over two years ago. Two tumor diagnoses, COVID, and, now, the death of my brother...I have moved through these events with an elegance I never could have without this work. I've been working on myself since I was horribly abused and neglected growing up which including over 5 years of an untreated ear infection which destroyed my ear canal, bones, nerves, and even brain. I had to have brain surgery once I turned 18. I had to clean out decaying matter so it wouldn't glue my hair and I stayed clear of others so they wouldn't smell that nasty stuff that smelled like a decaying animal. I got a couple autoimmune diseases and cancer. Although I've grown so much, Dr. Joe Dispenza has given me even MORE to work on so I can be all that I can be. My therapist, Mark, turned me on to a new way of thinking back in 1986! I ended up dissolving the relationship with my parents because I knew I could not be all I can be while still in a toxic relationship. I sure wish I could compare my brain scan in 1980 when I had surgery and now! I went to college and training and I am now a license counselor and clinical hypnotherapist. This is after years of low grades from my mom and myself saying that I am retarded and there is an EEG proving it. I have 3 college degrees at the top 15% of my class of thousands!

@ailidh-Bcn I guess it tells you nothing. At least until you grasp the meaning. You'll get it when you get it. I hope you get it, anyway, as I would love for you to live your dream! You do have a dream, right? If you don't, then start there. You can't live your dream if you don't have one. Figure out what you want. Then visualize it and feel what it would feel like if you had it. It's quite simple, really. Meditate on it, feel the joy of what it would be like, feel gratitude for what you will receive, expect it, then release it to the Universe to do the other half of the creation with no attachment to when and how, and watch it manifest. Don't resist it. You'll be surprised how easy it is. If it doesn't happen, it's your resistance. IE: doubt, worry, negativity, more focus on problems and things you don't want. It all starts with your mindset in harmony with your heart and a desire. Watch Abraham Hicks for a more simplified, less scientific explanation than what Joe offers. Maybe that will help. Good luck! PS, thanks for the comment. It reminds me of where I was a year ago. I was really digging into learning about this and starting to practice. I manifested lots of good things in the past, but I wasn't really understanding what I was doing and how to do it easily until last year. Here it is a year later, and I am looking back at all the wonderful things I've manifested. Beyond what I ever would have imagined back then. Much gratitude and love to you! ❣️

This is crazy! I’ve been living my life like this for a while now never realizing how impactful it has been. A domestic violence survivor and when asked about my exs I’ve always responded with gratitude, forgiveness and love. I have never held a grudge- to a point I thought there was something psychologically wrong with me. I just never found a reason to hold on to the past. I have difficulty recalling negative events and when asked why, because I chose to not store those as memories. Wow. I am really thankful for being given the intuition before I knew I had it to be so aware of myself and the Universe.

That's amazing! I'm pretty good at this depending on how they have wronged me lol.... If I can't forgive then I offer the situation up to God to take it off of my heart and do what he does with it. I know it's the best thing. And I instantly get a download of clarity of the situation that calms me. If it creeps back into my mind. I say please take it off of my heart and fix it. I release it to you. It works very well.

I love how Lewis really tries to get Dr. Joe to say something more concrete to help those who may not be able to afford his events and Dr. Joe has mastered saying the exact same thing in a different way in each interview honestly folks there is no quick fix it's all about meditation and shifting the paradigm. It takes discipline to want to meditate daily...his events may work faster for some because we are all energy and if you are in a room with 100 energetically with the same purpose you're healing faster and motivated to the cause

The Lifestyle Guru - I see it. It truly is. This beautiful world, lovely little blue-green marble, this time in our progression towards enlightenment, ppl - wake the eff up. Quit trying to remake the wheel. Capitalism has brought more than half the world's population who were living in poverty up out of poverty. Socialism has lifted few but more to the point, BROUGHT DOWN millions. I realize this has nothing to do with these two fellows. So deal.

💟 Dr Joe’s meditations and KZbin workshop testimonials. These align with my natural instinct. I am a Christian who believes “we are healed;” not we can be healed or might be healed… The trick is believing, trusting and persisting in that until it is evident to all. Dr Joe’s work helps to bridge that gap in my opinion. Clearly the healing can be realized immediately even if we never heard of meditation or Dispenza, but look at all the people who are benefiting from this information. 👏🏼

@@siranrashid4716 I’m not sure if you would get the same results but I honestly thought of every single traumatic event, slander, bad thing that is from the passed and instead of avoiding it (like I normally would) I let my mind go free. Then I changed the way I felt about everything that happened. I didn’t force myself to “get over it” I just faced it so that I would no longer be perpetually stuck in the past. And even if my mind goes to the past it doesn’t have the same impact that it used to. Lastly, I practiced gratitude. I was grateful to have this experience of life and with the realization that all of the things I was hurting from wasn’t even inside of me. It wasn’t just my soul being a miserable one but it’s the stories behind those events that kept me like that for so long. When you strip away all of the outside factors and get in touch with yourself, you’ll realize that all of had to do was choose to be at peace. It’s not an instant switch but really think of who you are without altercations, conflicting moral ideologies, indoctrinated feelings, your “mistakes”, etc etc then you’ll be so at peace. My next step is to maintain that peace without or without external circumstances. Because in my heart I’m at peace, but it gets buried under life events. I’m still learning though. Still growing. But if you can be grateful no matter what then you will need less external things to bring you peace. Hope that helps it was super long. Lol

one way i got out of depression episodes yrs ago around 2013, after my business partner emptied our bank accounts,,, one technique in this box set i bought taught me that a Thought is just simply that a Thought, it doesnt mean its happening or going to happen and to learn not allow yourself to have a reaction to those thoughts, so there is no reaction to that thought, and it helped me climb out of the horrible thoughts that come along with depression, and learn to understand the moment of right now and put everything in perspective so you can develop a plan one thought at a time... which proves many techniques work and the brain is super powerful... :)

If we look at nature depression means an area lower than another surrounding area. But when we transpose this definition to humans we're giving it a the "meaning" that low = BAD. But, in Reality, something that is LOW doesn't MEAN that is BAD. It's just a word to describe a different state. What is truly hurting is the MEANING we give to Depression as something that is not normal, bad, dangerous or not healthy. It's the MEANING that dictates weather feeling very low will damage our health or not. People who Accept being Low as Normal will not damage their health, while people who don't accept (perception) being low as Normal will destroy their health. This is my personal opinion right now, that our Perception is what has the power to heal or destroy us, not the State itself.

very true, I noticed when I was depressed and unmotivated I was allowing myself to not even think about anything, I was just an empty shell but once I started diving deep mentally into things I'm grateful for and what my dreams and goals are I started to feel like I was waking up again. Its very hard to be negative while practicing gratitude all the time.

Thanks Dr Joe. I needed this again. I healed myself from a fractured back in seven places and fracture in neck. I was told I would never walk straight again. But after meditation, I was healed and could run and stand up straight. I also had four strokes and was not affected. I also was given a house a great car and a caravan. But after six deaths of close friends and two beautiful dogs within two mths apart early this year, I lost the ability to regulate my thoughts, but now I have that ability again to love my future. I'm so grateful to you for reminding me of this wonderful exciting future of mine.

I'm sorry. It is truly horrible when life does that to us. I had a recent experience just like that. I felt so flattened and beat. Dispenza may be a nice person though his science is oversimplified and inaccurate (I am a PhD in neuroscience, which is only a general term.My area is neuronal development and the impact of cortisol on the developing central nervous system). There is more real healing in Pema Chodron's Buddhist practices than 'Feel the Future'. Silly and patronising phrase. It means nothing in neurology or physics. But developing the capacity to be present with oneself no matter what as Pema Chodron teaches, or connecting to one another as Barbara Sher teaches is the actual path toward substantive healing.

Helps heal illness but not disability. Been doing this for 50 years and still need meds for complex disabilities. People with disabilities need realistic expectations so we don't feel we are a failure or not doing it properly. We can evolve in our mind and only by doing so can we accept our inability to overcome very real disabilities. Complex disabilities DO prevent us achieving what we feel deep inside to otherwise be our life purpose. Changing one's vibration help us to RE-ADJUST our "life purpose " and better to find what it is we CAN do and accept what we can't. I have amazing care and support. The people in my life feel they are on a high vibration journey with me.

This is simply amazing. Once upon a time, I used to be a devoted Christian and would be invited to "pray" for people who were given moments and months to live and would witness them have a transcendental moment. But at the time, my understanding was super limited, so I couldn't completely comprehend what was happening. But there was one thing I did observe: all the people who would successfully heal themselves all had a similar experience. And the experience was how they all would say they saw my body glow as I "prayed" for them. And all those who would completely break the self limiting belief would always go on to fully heal themselves and lead great lives. But there was one Portuguese man, extremely wealthy, who had a severe case of Cancer that I prayed for and also had a transcendental moment, but after the experience, started remembering how everyone in his family who also had the disease all died, his health began to deteriorate. That was when I realized that I couldn't help him if he couldn't help himself by choosing to place his attention and energy on creating new experiences and expectations. Another man I "prayed" for (Dutch) couldn't concentrate because he kept talking about how he's a pastor and an author who had written about "rapture" and I could feel something was off about him. But at the time I couldn't comprehend that he was simply filled with these ideas and thought patterns that generated dark and negative energy. I would look at him and observed how he was weighed down and seemed extremely tired. I'll never forget how he walked me out of his hospital ward and asked that I bought his one book about rapture. He passed a few days after and I was extremely sad about his passing.

I have lately realized that when thinking about ('praying' for) someone with mindsets like that I can simply take a "Mister Clean" eraser and mentally erase these and then "see"/imagine their minds filled with Truth... Then I can just move into great gratitude for This. It takes a burden of distress off of me - especially when I'm thinking about a dear loved one, a family member etc. But, THAT'S where I have the greatest challenge! Hahaha!!! The "Jose Silva" program teaches one to have a "mental laboratory" where you do mental "surgery" with miraculous outcomes. We could do spirit TRANSPLANT operations of "the Knowledge of God with all Wisdom and Revelation and Understanding," AS WELL AS "the Peace of God which surpasses all understanding!!!" Just "see" THESE filling their hearts and minds - with Thanksgiving and Praise, really FEELING deepest gratitude for THESE BEING THEIR ONLY REALITY. OOOH. I really needed to type this out....but mostly FOR ME!!! Blessings!

@@ravenel2 not in all Christian circles. You are speaking of legalism. There is an accountability for sin, thats the gospel of forgiveness. And fear is the opposite of faith. No real Christian lives in fear, the live in respect for God that brings them faith. You need to find a loving GRACE church instead of a legalistic one. They are ones out there. You can also change them from the inside too. I find a legalistic God fearing person is someone who believes God is a disciplinarian. Hes not. Hes only a loving God who corrects your wayward ways like a loving caring father correcting a child who runs into traffic. Gods correction.keeps you safe. Sin hurts you and people around you. that's why we avoid it. Not because we are afraid of God. We are wanting to not hurt ourselves or others. that's it. My sins are already forgiven through Christ. Are yours?

It immediately changes my breathing... I will naturally go into belly breaths. It's like a very focused feeling on just being and in that state I am enough.

Hello, I know this is a little random coming from a complete stranger but I’m looking for someone I can connect with who has already made self improvement such as yourself. I’ve been on this spiritual journey and feel like I am on the brink of joy but also at one of my lowest and most confused. I am in need of a friend/ acquaintance whatever… who can help me with this. Perhaps chat, meditate, and receive a few words of encouragement from. I don’t really have any friends like this. Let me know if you’re open to connecting. If not, no worries… it’s all love 😊✌🏾
