You always come up with wonderful things. But the video is very long. Sometimes the length of the video doesn't go well with the content. It's my personal observation that video should be crisp and compact.

Sir self talk ke upar bhi ek detailed video banaiye aur kuch tips n techniques to improve positive self talk, yesterday suddenly i was sneezing profusely definitely due to some irritant but while sleeping i talked to my nose that why r u so excited just be calm n within 5 mins i could sleep peacefully, i cud see the results so fast
