Get Star metal tools as soon as you can. My preferred stats being durable, azoth obtaining, and more yield. So its a faster tool. Lasts longer between repairs and gets more product at a time. Get bags as soon as possible, hopefully with extra pockets. Also look at using higher refining mats. When crafting you see a percentage of crafting additional items. For instance say I'm crafting steel ingots. With sand flux I think I have twenty percent crafting bonus. With shell dust flux it jumps to sixty eight percent. Most of the higher level mats may even be cheaper than the lower ones as well.

Making the hunting ones are actually good. They stack with each other and u can find all the animals along the way between the cities. Just grab them all while rotating.

Does the quests reset after you turn them in if you're holding a quest while doing that run? Like I dont want to kill wolves on the way to windfall and circle back to everfall to turn it in and have an empty slot

@@pxpin89 If u complete the same quest in differents towns, u have to turn them in the city u get them, but once you finished, turn them does not affect the progress on the others.

They aren't good for a lot of factors, your keeping them accepted instead of being able to accept new, easier to complete quests that offer more XP and territory XP. If you keep them accepted to do a bunch all at once, your just wasting time and potential for easier and faster quests. BUT, if you like doing them, then by all means do them, its just not optimal.

@@TagBackTv there's dozens of elk spawns you can find while going up from CK into MB or while going from ever fall to windsward it's on the path so no time wasted. Dozens of lynx going from ever fall to windsward. 15+ boars are right below MB. Your charted path takes you right through all of these areas and since there's enough spawns you add almost no time to the path. As for being able to accept new/easier quests that isn't possible because once you discard a quest from the board you need to wait until it refreshes to get a replacement quest which wastes time/xp instead of just doing the hunting quests since you'll already be passing through these areas. The only hunting quests that cannot be completed optimally on this path are goats/sheep. The rest are worth doing.

Also got a kick out of discussing an Azoth farm and saying that farming portals for azoth is to much running around but the majority of the video talks about running across half the map gathering materials but doing portals is to much running lol. However the method mentioned in the video for farming azoth is definitely more efficient.

it's about what you are doing during that travel time. you typically arent gathering while travelling across regions trying to get to portals and thus that travel time is a complete and utter waste. most people arent gonna gather while travelling to portals considering large corruption groups are just running from portal to portal and arent gonna wait for you, or if you are solo it would be a pain in the ass trying to get to portal only for it to be done before you got there because you took too damn long

I havent watched all of this video so forgive me if you've already pointed it out. But the board quests will scale with your life and trade skills. The higher the trade skill the better the reward from the boards. So if youre someone like me who focuses mainly on combat until im 60, the board isn't the best way to make money or xp

Something interesting happened on my semi dead server, we won windsward off the purple team first time in servers life time. I made 5 k selling things because people was happy with reduced taxes. All of this happened few hours after we won.

It can be done at any time. I've leveled from 17-44 only by crafting and the occasional town board quest or faction quest. Yes you can ignore the boring quests and just gather and craft but you'll run out of money if you aren't building full luck gear. Just buy cheap luck gear up to 100 per piece and wear it when you head out. The higher nodes typically give more precious crafting mods anywhere between 100-500 and the same with rare crafting material 40-170. Higher level is nice because it means you can safely go in higher zones with your trash gathering gear and defend yourself just in case the occasional enemy attacks or sometimes you need to clear to get some nodes. Its up to you really. For me as a lv 44 the realization hit me when I got 150 armoring and engineering that you will need to be lv 60 or close to for the top tier tools and bag anyway :/

So many of these 'gold making videos' saying the same thing but likely will never work for 99% of people. The economy everywhere is fucked. Everything is dirty cheap and nobody (apart from the few who life skilled heavily early on) have money or have a stable income of money. Everything takes money away from you, but barely anything gives you it back unless you grind the entire time farming raw materials like iron and even then the profit vs time investment is far from worth it. Do not take these gold making videos seriously, with over 100+ servers, the likelyhood that your server will be the ideal climate for any sort of feasible money making through the market is tiny. It's a huge problem in the game right now, and no doubt this guy made his money during the early days and have been riding on that gold through questing ever since.

Just sell rawhide, Fibre, and iron ore. It's all really easy to farm thousands of and it sells pretty quickly at a reasonable price. Supplement that with broccoli/cabbage/bait/greenwood/flint. The last few days after the reagent changes has definitely affected the economy but I'm still making around 1000g a day. Those base mats are going to seemingly be in demand for a while.

Bruh the t1 resources that ANYONE can get make a shit ton. If you level up, the gear you find from mobs is worth a shit ton. There are multiple ways to make money that don’t require a shit ton of time. Obviously though, those who spent the time to level up professions will make way more, but it’s still very doable

supply and demand my dear lad. sell something that doesnt have 3 or more pages of offered sell orders already. that or buy those cheap items and make something better out of them. Even assuming you are on the oldest high pop server and lvls 60s have trashed every aspect of the market (kinda hard to believe) there are ways to make good money outside of the market and having everything be so cheap has its time saving benefits that you can instead spend doing tasks that generate gold themselves like fishing or corruption farming for example

Enemies have a chance to give you 10 azoth. If you find an area with high mob density. you can farm up azoth fast.

How is one able to run from Everfall, to Windsward, to First Light, to Cutless Keys, to Monarchs Bluff, then finally back to Everfall. no because what's the point of that? it's called typing in chat for 4 secs to ask them if they are doing PvP. hell the only circumstance where this even matters is if you are trying to group up which in that case the game tells you you also have to have PvP enabled/disabled before the group can be made

literally look at the levels recommended for the regions in your map. 4/5 regions mentioned in this video are starting areas. get used to treating 3 towns as your homes (ideally they are controlled by your faction and are all next to each other) where you will farm the most town standing as well as lvl up their storage capacity. treat each town like a specific place where you store a specific category of items based on the town's crafting stations. (for example if Everall has a high lvl kitchen maybe you should store all your food items there, if Windsward has a nice Stonecrafting table just keep all your stone/gems there) you will eventually buy houses at each of these places given the idea that you travel to each of them constantly and houses serve as free fast travel stations
