I’m farming the goblin for that quick expertise finally max out some of these event gear and it’s easy to do 2 of the golden built challenges being weak points and then killing an enemy while golden bullet it charging

That technique for going to NY after getting the loot goblin in DC actually works. Did it by accident one day but I can't remember where he spawned in NY for the life of me 🙄

@@Kamikazevondoom After thinking about this long and hard, pretty sure it was the Stranded Tanker --> turn around and head towards the component dump there. I have also seen him near the animal shelter (up the stairs and turn left towards the hand sculpture)

No, he spawns in multiple locations. I can't remember all locations right now. But you could probably look on KZbin and find them.
