Thank you so much for this. I've listened to every Dr. Joe video on KZbin and many, many School of Greatness episodes. I adore both of you and am so grateful for more in depth info from Dr. Joe right now in these crazy times. Thank you so much both of you for what you're doing. I'm 6 months into the Dynamic Neural Retraining System based in part on Dr. Joe's work and have transformed my life. I used to have 20 seizures a day & severe C-PTSD after losing 30 people in 8 years & nearly losing my husband to an overdose. Now I am 90% recovered (and my husband and marriage survived - he's 7 years sober)! I'm putting all Dr. Joe's principles to work every day as a Mom of 4. No more anxiety, working out 6x a week & I am going off all my meds after 6 years of chronic illness! I tried everything - nothing worked til this! Much love to you all.

I agree! Need to find a way to his 7 day retreat to heal blindness and bone / gum disease. I would go through an emotional like explosion and all this blame or revenge or resentment etc would come out from someone else's stuff projected at me and then excruciating pain in my teeth and where that emotion was held the tooth or teeth would fall out! Did not have a clue what was happening to me! I was having enervetic healing because I thought their was something drastically wrong with me as I felt off all the time. Dr. Joe, I truly respect your work. I know unconditional love, as the way. Some have been so horrifically abused, that they are not able to include such dark abusers into their hearts. And I personally don't think they need to or have to. One can have Angel's cut cords with those abusers. Then they can feel open to returning to unconditional love,without feeling they are opening themselves to abusive sociopaths,whom don't belong in their heart. When hear, bless everyone...for some,that closes their heart. So cutting cords with evil,is an option, where heart opens,without feeling pressured to include evil. Some don't want to be in oneness with dark. And let's as loving hearts, not let others survive such bullshit, and turn our heads the other way.

I thought I am crazy all these years when Dr. Joe DiSpenza started to talk about what I am exactly experiencing so many years before. Once I freed myself with the pain and childhood drama, all attachments... I felt lighter. It's also the path of creating a healthy ambiance in our microbiome where it all starts and where we nourish our brains. I tried to explain my environment these days in times of COVID19 anxiety, but they told I am crazy. Than I intensified my action through sharing thoughts, affirmations, drawings, I simply radiate abundant positive energy and 5 days later my family started to act to believe that they are the once who control the current state and create their reality. A positive thought is contagious and that's why I remain at this channel of Lewis for almost 3 years now. I cured so many wounds myself in the past. In my 32 now, say I am crazy, but my immune system is stronger than what is coming. Actually, whatever came to us it came with a particular reason. And we are given the task to find the solution for it. Embrace yourself. Learn, it's your turn to act not to shut up your strength.

Jana Radonjic how did you free yourself?
@soulcostume4 жыл бұрын
@@Wheresmycoffee11 @Hajira Ahmad In a desperate moment, when nothing works, when you feel that you wrapped up yourself in sorrow and suffer... your pain feels so tight and unbearable. If you ever came to that moment, it is a crossroads of your life purpose. Your meaning. No suffer came without meaning. Once you acknowledge that, you are one step further to release. Only by acknowledgment. The moment and place to decide in which direction to go. Under that much weight of childhood drama (because I believe all diseases are born at an early age) you realize that your play is not working. And if the play is not working, ask yourself, why? Not "God" or anyone else, ask yourself, deep inside. Introspection, listening and tuning into your body, mind, and spirit. Start two things: make yourself a habit to notice the present moment and your act at the moment. The second: walk with a naked foots whenever you can. In that way, you will make a connection with the earth's energy, with the source of this planet. It is a GROUNDING effect. And it worked wonders for me, to release and set off all the painful burdening on my back. Accept the pain, face with the fear, it came with the meaning and now, it is it's time to go away. Take the responsibility for your doings behind and be aware of the present moment which will create your future self. I hope that I gave you what you asked. English is not my native language, so it's not as easy to explain a complex flow throughout body-mind-spirit.

🙏 Divinely guided here & Wow...wow..wow.. Confirmation for me that I'm actually on track in walking in my truth & forgiving any betrayals with compassion outside of identifying as a Christian for example. Thanks!! Inner intimacy has given me personally identifiable responsibility for my thought life on a higher level of consciousness! I really enjoyed & am grateful for the molecular level discussion with the thymus and T cells as I'm 100% confident we're powerful to absolutely regenerate our DNA! Knowledge & wisdom is what I'm constantly seeking & also projecting for ALL in that leaving the preconditioned confines of our minds by unplugging & disconnecting from the loud chaos & to connect internally & with mother earth is ESSENTIAL & Vital to continuity! Lewis, this is my first time visiting your channel & my gratitude for the opportunity to absorb this gift as well as admiration & appreciation for your interviewing articulation with excellent questions. I'm a forever optimist and I believe to hope this reaches the multitudes. 🙏 #1 take away was extending wisdom into our molecular make up!!

Be transformed by the renewing of your mind - Romans 12:2. As he thinketh in his heart so is he - Proverbs 23:7. Forgetting what is behind and reaching for what is before - Philippians 3:13. These concepts are just scientific explanations for biblical principles. Which actually makes what he’s saying quite valid...
