@@WatchMomFlip Hi 👋, so what I did was I asked my AI on my computer what keyword tags should I use for my crochet tutorials and it listed off all single words like Crochet, DIY, Pattern, Tutorial, Free, Easy and That's what I've done and it has worked it has boosted my views I went from only getting 30 views to several hundred. Plus my AI recommended a video on KZbin and the lady explained use keywords in your title and first 25 words of your description box. I did notice KZbin recommended that I use keywords that describe my video in the first sentence and it made sense because of what she said. So I used all three tips at the same time and so far it's helped quite a bit. Good luck to you I hope it helps you too!

They use the vidiq extension to see what’s still getting views orrrrrr you could stalk the video lol. The “theme” part may be referring to the video itself, what’s being talked about in the video. So you take what’s being talked about in the vid and EXPAND upon it yourself. The “in your own voice” part refers to literally your own voice and taking things into your own hands and improving the idea delivering more useful / entertaining / etc content to your viewers I’m not rob so idk if this is 100% accurate but I think I’m pretty close :)

Set goals and micro-goals for yourself and overtime they will add up. Doing things in increments is way better than doing nothing.

Hey vidIQ! I have a different channel where I post shorts. My shorts have an average retention of 110-150%. But despite this, my most popular short couldn’t even cross 5K views yet. Also, despite the great engagement, the short died after 2-3K views. The niche too is pretty huge with thousands of creators getting millions of views. Can you please explain why am I not getting views despite the overwhelmingly positive analytics. What’s your take on this and is there any suggestion you’d like to give?

Trying to figure out the same. I post stuff that gets decent CTR and long watch time on my shorts and still it just flatlines after the initial boost or 2nd boost. A lot more of my stuff recently has barely even broken 1000 views even though CTR and Like% was higher than others that got 2-5k So confused

Retention is grear but virality also comes with engagement (likes and comments) and watch time (longer shorts videos) and also viewers to subscribe ratio on video

if the video is like 8 seconds for example, 120% watch time is not enough. my viral shorts are all watched 20 seconds in total on average and the short itself is around 20 second too. the percentage of people that swipe away must be low too

Take what's being talked about in the video along with potential questions you believe weren't answered or could be better explained/expanded on, and questions you yourself might have and make videos on these things and things like these I suggest listening to/reading Derral Eves's book "The KZbin Formula", he even helped Mr Beast with a few things
