I have been doing everything in this video since taking over a medium-sized fulfillment center. I've gotten the pick accuracy rate to an average of 94 -96 percent from my take-over rate of the 80 percentile. My goal is 97 percent, but I have stalled. A wall-to-wall would help, but it is not financially acceptable. Do you have any suggestions for overcoming the final percentage gap?
