How are you not more popular? Other than society doesn't seek self help or practice mindfulness anymore. You explain things in such an understandable way. Thank you for what you do, you are so good at it.

I have plenty of areas for which this method will certainly be useful. Thank you

Thank you Olesya! I just got out of my dungeon of a tiny basement and completed assembling a structural base to support a framed Trellis panel. It feels pretty gooood! The wanting is done and I’m thinking about the having whilst chomping on 3 tiny chocolate almond bars. You’re so right as usual.

The mind loves problems to solve. If it doesn’t have any problems, it will create them. Know when it’s doing this, it’s a tool, not the master.

Well this makes a whole lot of sense, and I am basically in this state all the time. Even when I get tasks off of my seemingly endless list I usually don't feel much better and always find more things to add...

Very well said and expressed, thank you! I couldn't agree more!! 👏 To me, it's all about finding our / the own proper balance within a well defined and establish context. Cheers and Best Regards,

Good - but maybe a bit muddled, and, at 5 minutes, maybe a bit long.

Have you ever read "The four agreements" I think it's a form of meta cognition which I want to learn more about in depth....

As you know, I think outside the normal psychological paradigm. It is the holidays and I get merry(minus the commercialized hype). And, I forget my troubles. Until it is time to do my taxes, for 2024.
