We all are conscious of how our existence has transformed radically when compared to olden day’s art of living. Our day starts with a tight and hectic schedule planned inside a four closed wall rooms without any provision of daylight and fresh air and ends with screen time sleepless nights. Amidst this, we are unknown and have forgotten how nature communicates with our brain, impact our two major glands of our brain and how it helps us to have a healthy brain and stable mind.
Let us focus on the two main glands of our brain, i.e, #pituitarygland and #pinealgland .
The pituitary gland is a small, pea-sized gland located at the base of the brain. It is often referred to as the “Master Gland” as it influences our growth, metabolism, reproduction and other essential processes in the body. As we wake up in the morning and get exposed to sunlight, our pituitary gland gets immediately activated, thus producing Vitamin D. Sunlight also keeps us energetic throughout the day.
#sunlight has a good impact on our #eyes. Our entire body is at rest during the night and when we wake up at dawn, move outdoor to do some utility-based activity like bare feet walking in soil or gardening or flower plucking( • Sense Organs Activatio... ), our eyes gets synced very smoothly with nature that we feel our eyes not only HEALTHY but is ready to gaze at first ray of the sunlight. Nature is so kind and benevolent. #nature brought sunlight to us progressively with proper planning of hierarchy of brightness i.e dawn, daylight, first ray of sunlight, golden colour rays of sunlight and then bright sunlight.
Similarly, the #pinealgland is a small and pinecone-shaped gland located deep inside the brain. The leading function of this gland is to regulate sleep-wake cycles. This gland works better when we are asleep i.e, darkness. As a result, our #eyes adjusted to nature’s dimness.
Thus, we must maintain a balance between our body exposure time to daylight and our rest time. Human body if worked well in daylight will fall asleep without any hindrance and this will activate our “ Third eye”. Our body will work efficiently only when both our #pituitary and #pinealgland work in their best way in alternate cycles rhyming with nature. These two glands are befriends and give the best when work with duration of sun and moon i.e., one gets activated in the sunrise while the other one gets activated in the #sunset .
