yeah weeds be everywhere on my island intentionally and unintentionally LOL (i just let them overgrow and then complain when my island looks messy) 😞

I decorate with a looot of weeds in natural areas. I also fill up beneath large forested areas with weeds so that I can have my fossils spawn in my specified area on natural islands

i never decorate with weeds because im autistic and so the rule is weeds are not good for the island so i just never do it because it feels wrong for me even though they look so cute

I would probably decorate with weeds more often if I had more control over which weeds I get and their growth stages, they're just such a pain to get right normally and I'm too much of a perfectionist. It also probably doesn't help that I can never seem to fully decide whether I want to go for 5 stars or not

You should try mixing in patterns with the actual weeds just to add more variety or it helps fit a theme better

I personally have a little mushroom fairy circle pattern that I used to use and a pattern that looked like sticks in mud to add near water and trees

I haven’t because I thought they (and sticks/seashells) counted as “garbage” and would drop your star rating. However, apparently you can have less than 100 weeds without it affecting your score.

I've used weeds around my campsite and the carnival to give it a more natural vibe, and on the beech, but i get rid of a LOT of ghe weeds during summer/spring. I like the fall weeds more

I like using weeds as decor on my islands. The fact that they change with each season and have different types of weeds makes me think it was done on purpose so we could use them as decor.
