📝INGREDIENTS:
1 egg.
500g potatoes.
2 onions.
150g mozzarella cheese.
vegetable oil.
Salt.
Black pepper to taste.
1 tsp paprika.
4 tablespoons flour.
300g minced pork.
2 cloves of garlic.
A sprig of rosemary.
Leek.
150g bacon.
1 tomato.

100 ml of kifir.
2 tbsp sour cream.

3 cartofi și un ou....Apoi făină,, mozzarella, carne tocată, roșie, praz,,verdeață, iaurt grecesc, ceapă,.usturoi și muncă susținută 1/2 oră. N-aș garanta că acea carne tocată pusă între două straturi de cartofi va fi suficient de coaptă.

@@MaximalLecker Eu am comentat rețeta unde carnea tocată se pune crudă și sunt sigură că nu se poate coace fără să se ardă stratul de cartofi până la a deveni necomestibil. Desigur că dacă aș face acest preparat, aș găti carnea,după ce s-a răcit, i-aș pune și un ou crud să nu se împrăștie.
