Many people, myself included, have a workout plan for getting in shape in this new year. Being physically healthy should be on everyone's resolution list. Surprisingly however are the number of people who don't even give a thought to their spiritual health. I could be in the best shape physically but in really bad shape as a person in general. In developing a good "spiritual workout" plan, having a good example to follow can be extremely helpful. In the small letter of Third John (just one chapter) it was written to a man named Gaius who provides us with just such an example. His name, which means "rejoice" or "to be joyful" is a great example in and of itself. For many Christians, they have allowed the enemy to steal their joy, which makes growing in your faith very difficult (if not impossible). In this video we examine the first 8 verses as we consider the example of a man who didn't just "talk the talk" but he actually "walked the walk".
