Emma I need advice (I don’t mind if you post it) I’ve had so many flash backs from my old friends traumatizing me. Here’s the story. I used to have this friend let’s call her lisa and we were best friends. At the beginning of the year I was in a bad friend group so I slowly became friends with her. In December a girl from that friend group named kay joined me and lisa duo, and turned it into a trio. Ive always known trios don’t work out and it did for us for a while. I went into the hospital in January. While I was away they got closer which is fine. When I could go back to school they joked around that they don’t want to be friends with me. I should’ve took that as the first sign. Kay joined the other friend group again and we were happy again. While she left we got closer and got grounded for something. Kay joined back and we were happy. In may, we had testing. On a Friday, they treated us to a movie and we went into the school theater. Earlier that day they were whispering and told me to go away. They said they were going to tell me at recess. I told them to tell me in the theater. They did and it was the most stupidest thing in the world. They said they don’t like me showing up to school sometimes in Lululemon because they know they can’t afford it. They said I go shopping every week, which is not true. And that was the day my grandpa died. They forgave me. Which I shouldn’t have even apologized in the first place. And we had lunch and came back into the theater. Then I got stuck in the middle because kay took my spot I was in. Lisa wanted to be in the middle. I got blamed and they got mad at me. I told them it wasn’t my fault it was Kay’s . I even said when they told me to switch why don’t yall. They didn’t want to. And I got up to the bathroom they took my seat. And they went and I didn’t because im nice. I just sat there and cried. At the end I said lisa I’m sorry. And they started blackmailing me. I was always there for them but I guess they wouldn’t for me. I tried to make new friends with the rest of the people in my class but they don’t like the same things as me. I cried a lot and my mom told me I don’t have to go back there. Do yall think I did the right thing, and how can I get revenge on them coming back next year? Reply

That's so horrible! But in my opinion just try to act kind to them and act unaffected, by the situation. I know it will be hard to recover but you deserve better friends, they are horrible people and they will learn their lesson one day. You don't need to get revenge because God will punish them and it's not our job to get revenge on people. What I recommend for getting new friends is just trying to talk to everyone in your class, one day you will find someone I know it! Just be polite and confident and soon enough you'll feel better ❤
