The books I am reading quote several authorities like Parasara,Brihat Jatakam,saravalli,Phal Deepika,etc.If I find contradictions among these varied sources,then which one should I prefer in terms of interpretations? +Sanjit Agnihotri Bhrigu gave us Bhrigu sutras, Parashar gave us his shastra and Jaimini gave us his Jaimini sutras. Brihat Jatakam ( by Varahamihira ), Saravalli ( by Kalyan Varma ) and Phaldeepika( by Mantreshwara ) are the "recent" texts of Vedic astrology. One should use all the texts and also ones own experience as an astrologer by analyzing as many charts as possible.

Interesting video...thank you! I have Parivartan yoga between my Venus in Aquarius (in 11th house) with Saturn in Libra (in 7th house). Saturn is in Sasa Yoga, and no other planet conjoin or oppose these. Since Saturn is a malefic, will this yoga cause problems? Will this Parivartan yoga also strengthen the Sasa Yoga from Saturn? Hi, I have 2 maha parivarthana yoga in my chart; 4th (Mars) and 7th lord (Saturn); 10th (Venus) and 11th lord (Mercury). I'm Leo ascendant. Does this mean 4th, 7th, 10th and 11th houses and planets Mars, Saturn, Venus and Mercury are strengthened? Mars is Yogakaraka and Sun is lagna lord for me. Also, I have Jupiter in 10th along with Mercury and Sun in 11th along with Venus. Does this parivathana yoga strengthen these conjunct planets as well? Please clarify.
