Hello po Atty. MBL. I have a question po regarding dun sa example niyo about inheriting debts. Given na 10M po yung debt but only 8M yung value inherited, who will take care of the remaining 2M po? Thank you po and sobrang helpful po nito.

Gud day Attorney, matanong lang po kung may karapatan ba ako mo ask ng bayad sa asawa sa nakakautang sa akin akin kung ito ay namatay na , in accordance to Art 1178. Guro po ang namatay at meron namang benefits na matatanggap ang kanyang Asawa.. Salamat po....
