I have a question. When the red bar went below the narrow state and the 20 MA, why are we taking positions? I thought that mean we are going downwards. Are we talking about short or taking put options when it does that?

the only part i didn't understand is the profit taken when the bars are below , sorry if my question is stupid I'm starting now, so we buy when the market shows some power tale bar at the right position then we stop our losses and sell taking profit. but when is on the low part below the narrow part i dint understand how i will buy it low then is lower , how I will be taking profit.
