What about someone who leaves with the parents and has resident there but the both parents are late recently and the resident is still valid but the person is working somewhere like bologna thats he or she needs house contract before he can covert it to Eu long term permit? And the both parents are Italian citizen before they passed away...and my resident is still reading there cos i went to the comune recently they said my resident is still intact

Resident means..u are registered in that commune& u are a resident there..carta di identità is just an Indentification card
