Keep it clear and simple, do not complicate it to your customers, goes back to know who your customers, what their wants and needs, what language they use, what is their pain, how I can solve it for them, but keep it clear and simple

Such an important added value of creative writers in business - people who are able to empathetically write to a perspective that isn't their own

What if my customers range from beginners to experts? Is there a way to communicate to my audience without alienating some of them?

Excellent excellent question. If you're speaking clearly and communicating why something matters, you should be able to strike the right balance. However, this question has a lot of nuance, and would probably be better to discuss in a follow up video if there's interest. But, it also may be worth asking yourself if this is also coming from a fear of getting specific and targeting a more defined customer. Maybe some items in your range are better suited to beginners and others are for more advanced customers. Or perhaps your true target customers have more advanced skills, but you're hoping to also hook some beginners. Getting clear about who your customers truly are is a great first step to figure out the direction to take.

Getting lost in your own expert knowledge of your product could definitely result in over- use of jargon or leaning on some facets of the item that a new buyer won’t grasp nearly as easily, to be sure…

good video with very valid points... however 12:24 "..still would like an explanation about features.." you said that whilst scrollling past their explanation of features lol but still your points were concise and the vid looks good, keep it up!

OMG, that's too funny - you're so right! I hadn't been looking at that part of the page when I filmed, and didn't notice that in editing. Thanks for noting that and for watching!
