Agar achi growth chaiye to Site work 3 saal mai sikh kr, Office work mai shift ho jao jyda income aur respect milegi,

Best job tumhara 50% Office work and 50% Site work hota hai lekin apko experience chahiye hota uske liye Aise hi thodi fresher ko Office work dia jaata except Girls, Site work 3-4 saal tk thik hai long time career nahi hai aur progress And growth hai Upar se Politics aur Kuch gawar anpadh Majdoor I suggest you go for Civil office work , start your own business , or construction management course or do Mtech from NIT or IIT , or do NICMAR or kindly switch to another field

Sir softwares toh youtube se toh seekh lenge lekin youtube certificates nahi deti na autocad etabs primavera ka.. And jab tak certificates nahi milti woh tab tak cv ya resume me add nahi kar sakte na aur fir job me selection bhi nahi hoga because resume weak reh jaega
