My grandmother told me stories of the low voiders pride, i thought it no more then jesting on her part meant to entertain me when all her stories of dark trolls were used up. It seems she continues to teach me from beyond the green stone halls of yartinal, for here it is, not a story for a young high void daughter after all. And yet I can't help but wonder this pride is real, or a shared dream between us, do you truly delight in your low void ways? Or are you so helpless against the crushing weight of inaptitude that you reveal in it, wish it to thrive, and go so far as to tell each other stories of how it's a hidden seed that properly feed darkness will sprout and bare fruit. I promise you, opterionlanioco, no garden will grow in the low void, no, you must seek to better yourself, you see that don't you? To do that you must keep your mind clear and not corrupted with stories of dark magics and rings of power. The will lead to chaos and you will only weaken the very foundations of the high void that you seek to way day stand upon. Stories and wishes lead only downward. Instead, look to the labor of your honest hands in the pursuit of strengthening the high void. Keep your minds to the mines and the pursuit of darking crystals, in finding them, you, like so many before you, can rise out of the low void and take a place where you truly deserve at my ... court, our court. I must go now, for my father calls and it would not do for him to find me here past the divergence. But I will look for you upon on the steps between, and i'll pray you find the strength to walk them.

The books were more expansive on the dynamics between the Lowvoiders and Highvoiders. It truly highlighted every interaction between the two sides. To add also; the series in a way almost portrays the higvoiders as the good guys but if you pay close attention to the dialogue you realize it is the lowvoiders who are the heroes of the story. They are really oppressed. The Tyrant King Oros Roland was an absolute vile man in the books.
