In one video you used ‘by+date’ with ‘PAST PERFECT TENSE’ => “ The way families spent their income had changed significantly by 2018” In same video you also mention that if we want to use “PAST SIMPLE TENSE” then we should change by to in. => “ The way families spent their income changed significantly IN 2018” In this video ‘by+date’ used with ‘PAST SIMPLE TENSE’ => “This number then rose to about 75% by 2019”. So the question is which TENSE should be used with “by + date”? Thanks in advance :)
@LilieIELTS

@@deryabalkc9706 You can use "by" with either the past simple or the past perfect but the past perfect is better. The way families spent their income HAD CHANGED significantly BY 2018.

It is impossible to hep all people in the world, so government should focus on people in their own countries. To what extent do you agree or disagree Undoubtedly, it is a valuable thing for each and every people to assist the person in lives. However, some masses says that it is unfeasible to assist all masses in the planet, so administration must in their own nation. In my perspective, I am partially agree with both the given argument and explicate some points in upcoming paragraphs. To commence with, there are the predominant reasons behind the statement. Firstly, every people know who is the leader of the society and they go to them for requesting to help us. To explain it, many governments provides a lots of facility in the world like, shopping malls, jobs , education, hospitality system. In other word's, myriad regimes do not know about the future of every people what they want in the lives. However, they provide some facility which is suited to the people and which is not, so some people go to the advocates to asking to do help of us and the wrote a complaint and contributes to their own society people. For example, in co-vid 19, many masses are sitting free at home, and government put lockdown on these days and the people who lives at home they do not have any work some poor families go to the advocate office to provide some food and education facility to us. On the other hand, there are the some of the reason's that authority must ought to be help of other world people. To illustrate it, if administration help both the world, so they easily make a tight relationship among both the people parts of the society, nor they contribute half half money which is provided by the authority, so it is also a beneficial for them. In others world, if people are going to occur the problem of the diseases, so they provided same facility in one hospital and they can distribute the funds to the people. To recapitulate, although authority should focus on the same on their world when they are happier with them, so they can make some descion with their people, and then they can go for some actions for helping to cover the problems. It is arequest to check this task according to the idp please out 6 what band score i have or is this out of topic or on please give proper evaluations ... TR CC GR LR....
