Everything is just as it is without any definitions, descriptions, stories, or anything in particular being identified and therefore no individuality and so everything as a whole or wholeness. Then we come along and identify something in particular, give it a definition, describe it, then make a story out of it, and experience that story as happening or real. Because the identification of anything in particular has no effect on that there is already everything regardless if anything is identified, the identification or impression of individuality has no reality, or is not really happening, or isn't real, and there is just everything as a whole or wholeness which is free from the need for anything to be identified and so absolute freedom (non-duality).

There are no rules. The end of collective suffering. Suffering is caused by the simultaneous pushing and pulling on thoughts, when group identities form that are very similar to each other. Each identity needs to remain unique to avoid being known (which would risk death essentially.) There are no rules. The solution is simple; find a unique truth that only you know. Needs to be a framework you can identify with, so make it something you enjoy. Remember there are no rules, you don't have to go for anything in particular. Make it as crazy as you like, so long as you have a genuine interest, or simply experiment with unbound consciousness (it can be in consciousness in the world or both.) Your imagination is everything here. Just maintain some orientation to truth, and hopefully. I spend two years doing this with a view to ending suffering, and this should work for most people, it really is that simple. Particularly if you have had a first awakening recently, you are perfectly placed. Hopefully, because I am winging it.
