20 years in Law Enforcement my only aircraft accident was a powered parachute aircraft that the pilot of maybe I should say non licensed pilot crashed on get this only his second time ever flying in it. He decided it would be a good idea to fly it in wind gusts of 45 mph in Howard County and he abruptly crashed it on a hard landing. He got a visit from the FAA.

Don't forget there are other part 103 regulations. Weight and fuel, etc.
