I love Clinique’s black honey, both the colour and the texture! But the packaging is very tacky. The twist up in mine conked off after a month or so. Have you tried Forest Essentials lip serums? I find them better than Clinique! The Jamun shade is my all time favourite. I think you should try that!

You should try la mior lip oils! They are also in the changing colour by pH category but I have grown to like them quite a lot. They are thick enough for my liking and the tint stays for a good amount of time too. What I like best about them is every lip oil gives off a different kind of pink tint!

You should apply 2,3 layers of lip balm n then kiro lip oil ,then u wint feel dry lips, initially i was also directly applied lipoil n felt dry lips, then i used dot n key lipbalm n then this lip oil, it worked for me

As someone with very dry/chapped lips, the lip balms does not do a thing for me. Laneige one did work for me but its expensive. The only inexpensive best lip balm that I swear by is Vaseline's lip therapy (the one in lil tin box). All the other lip balms stays at max for 30mins before my lips starts peeling off and thats very painful, but this one stays for a very very long time and actually healed my lips.

Also you have mentioned that you can't follow 10-15 steps as you are lazy, but even if you follow 1 step for one problem there will be more than 20 steps.
