Thanks. Loved it . If you can do it -I am hoping I can install one on my 2014 F-150 355 Eco boost and I am 66 years old. Made it look easy. Hope it actually is.

Great install. Just one little added extra tip for anyone doing this and saving the factory hose. Put that factory hose in a zip lock bag so you don't have any dust or bugs or anything getting up in it while it is being stored

Great job! I will be putting one of these on my Bronco when I get it. I finally got a build date of 1/9/2023 after a 1/2021 order date. I don't comment much, but I enjoy your channel.

Great job Becky! Not to be salesy but we're in the middle of our holiday sale, so if anyone is on the fence about picking up one of these, now is a great time to save some money. We only do a sale once a year :)

What is the reason one would want to do this?

Reduce carbon buildup on valves.
@markkelly7517
@markkelly7517 Жыл бұрын
@@RagnarKon direct injection motors tend to get this build up much faster as fuel doesn’t “clean” the valves during operation. On the 2.7, it has two injection systems so all this would be is a little extra insurance. I’m sure in California it probably causes cancer and birth defects?
@christophertyacke6019
@christophertyacke6019 Жыл бұрын
If you have a direct injection engine with turbos the oil build up on the backside of your valves will eventually cause loss of power and efficiency. Luckily for the owners of the v-6 turbo engines in the Bronco, Ford has designed the engine with Direct and port injection so the carbon buildup won't happen. So if you have an engine with the Direct injection only, you would be smart to get an air-oil separator.

@@markkelly7517 I think catch cans also kill baby seals in California too.

@@markkelly7517 I live in Kaliforniastan, and trust me, the state tells you what to think and you will like it. If you don't, well, you ever heard about being cancelled? Anyways, to prove this, our state governor signed a bill that says doctors WILL stick to their state approved script indicating what they can tell you about treatments. If they veer from this script, they can lose their license. Don't believe me? Look it up for yourselves. That's just one example. I wouldn't be surprised if you can't have one of these shipped to my banana republic of a state.

LOL,@@DrivenWildOutdoors you used the infamous phrase "my dealer said". Having been on Bronco 6G for over 2 years waiting form my BaseSquatch I have heard that phrase over a hundred times. I would always remove it (back to factory hose and connections) before taking up to the dealer for service or recalls.
